President Muhammadu Buhari, Lagos State Governor, Borno State Governor and Kwara State Governor on Wednesday attended the 7th Tokyo International Conference on African Development (TICAD7), in Yokohama, Japan.

“Japan is investing in Nigeria to support our defence industry and our public health sector.

“Businesses are looking at investing in Nigeria and Lagos will be a destination of choice. We will continue to provide the right environment for investors.

“A key point from our meeting with H.E Prime Minister Abe is how the Government of Japan will promote deliberate government and private-sector investment into Nigeria, providing limitless support as we push for faster and more ambitious development goals. We look forward to this.”
